Sheet Pan Ranch Chicken Thighs

This quick and easy recipe produces a juicy, full-flavor dish!

Prep Time: 5 minutes ( suggest prepping 4 hours or even overnight to get the best flavor)

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Resting Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 chicken thighs – bone in/skin on
  • 3 tablespoons dried ranch dressine
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red onion – quartered

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add chicken, ranch dressing mix, Montreal seasoning, and red pepper flakes to a large zip-top bag. Gently mix together, making sure the chicken is coated with the ingredients. (tip coat with your hands, using gloves)
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees F
  3. Drizzle olive oil onto a sheet pan. Place the chicken, skin-side down, in the pan. Add onion around the chicken. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken and continue to cook for about 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and cook until skin is slightly charred, approximately 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Note: If prepping ahead of time, store chicken in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
