Irish Cabbbage

This cabbage is easy to prepare and only takes about 20 minutes. Just 3 ingredients produce a creamy butter-flavored dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • one medium head of cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 8 tablespoons of Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the cabbage to boiling water with salt and pepper. Cook until fork tender.
  2. Remove from heat and drain the cabbage.
  3. Stir in the butter and coat all of the cabbage. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot with Italian bread.
