This cabbage is easy to prepare and only takes about 20 minutes. Just 3 ingredients produce a creamy butter-flavored dish.
INGREDIENTS
- one medium head of cabbage, cut into wedges
- 8 tablespoons of Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the cabbage to boiling water with salt and pepper. Cook until fork tender.
- Remove from heat and drain the cabbage.
- Stir in the butter and coat all of the cabbage. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with Italian bread.
