Get Rid of Parasites Naturally

Do you feel bloated, tired, or have skin flare-ups that you can’t explain? If so, you probably believe it is stress or your diet. The hidden issue may be parasites that thrive on the food you eat. Parasites and mold can be destroyed by changing what you eat.

Parasites thrive on refined sugar, processed grains, and other pantry staples. Many of these foods inflame your gut lining, creating a hospitable environment for parasites. Changing parasite friendly foods to foods that heal your gut can make a huge difference. You can support better nutrition, boost immunity, and relieve chronic symptoms.

Instead of reaching for sugary cereal, switch to sprouted oats and top them with pumpkin seeds. Parasites thrive on refined sugar. Sprouted oats release energy slowly, which keeps blood sugar stable. Pumpkin seeds contain cucurbitin, a natural anti-parasite compound.

Can’t get going without that morning cup of coffee? Coffee beans can contain mycotoxins that stress your liver and weaken your defenses against parasites and mold. Mold tested coffee, like Purity coffee, ensures you aren’t feeding fungi or parasites.

Processed meats contain nitrates and additives that inflame your gut. Switch to wild-cut salmon that has clean protein and omega-3 fat that strengthens your gut barrier from parasites.

Trade white bread, a refined grain that breaks down quickly to sugar, for coconut-flour wraps. Coconut is rich in medium-chain triglycerides that have natural antimicrobial properties. They help to keep out invaders.

Love your peanut butter? You may want to consider trading it for raw almond butter. Peanuts can carry aflatoxins from mold contamination. Almonds are naturally lower in mycotoxins. Almond butter is safer and nutrient dense.

Canola oil or vegetable oil promotes inflammation that parasites love. Switch to cold-pressed olive oil rich in polyphenols. Polyphenols promote healthy gut flora and fight against parasite growth.

Table salt versus sea salt. Iodized table salt is heavily processed and stripped of trace minerals. Sea salt contains magnesium, potassium, and other minerals that boost cellular detox function and immunity against parsites.

When it comes to yogurt, swap dairy yogurt for unsweetened coconut yogurt. Dairy yogurt can irritate sensitive guts and feed yeast overgrowth. Coconut yogurt contains plant-based probiotics that create an environment that is inhospitable to parasites.

Sugary drinks and juice cocktails are fuel for parasites. Green juice, on the other hand, floods your system with minerals, vitamins, and chlorophyll that starve parasites of energy.

Instead of those candy bars that are full of sugar, try 85% or higher dark chocolate. It has magnesium and antioxidants that support gut health and keep parasites away.

No doubt, with grocery prices being sky-high, you won’t be throwing out food you already have. But I would encourage you to protect your gut when it’s time to restock with the healthy alternative. Work towards a healthy gut system to keep mold and parasites at a minimum.

Until next time

Peace Love and Blessings ❤️
